Rooms are new and beautiful. Staff is nice and accommodating. They waited for us for a late check in and kept the restaurant open so we could have a late dinner. Restaurant quality is very good.

Seems to have the correct features in the room. Nice to be clear of street riff-raff in lobby area. Booked it for the pool and stayed 2 more days.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The public spaces of the hotel were also pretty and comfortable. The staff was very well trained and seemed happy to help.

Excellent hotel in Ibague. The security guy on the first floor can be a little rude but everyone else on the staff was amazing!
